We want you to be 100% pleased with the pearls that you purchase from Janes Pearl World. Our company strives to find the finest quality pearls, always selling them to you for the lowest possible price; often up to 90% off of retail.
If within 10 days after you order from Janes Pearl World, you decide to return it for a full refund or an exchange, we will promptly and cheerfully give you a refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. When returning merchandise, please secure all merchandise in its original packaging. Please include all accompanying materials. All returns must arrive at Janes Pearl World within 16 days from the order date.
If you want a third party appraisal, we can help you get a Gemological Institute of America (GIA) report. Should you order a GIA Pearl Grading Report, this will add about two weeks extra delivery time to your order. Please note that the only factors that the GIA report consider is whether or not the pearls are CULTURED and whether or not the pearls are NATURAL COLOR. The cost to get a GIA report is $160.

All packages shipped from Janes Pearl World are insured for the purchase price through transit. Once the package is received, its contents are no longer insured.
